📦 Digital Product Policy
All products sold on Ecom Launchpad are digital downloads (PDF guides) and are delivered instantly via email after purchase.
Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
❌ No Refunds
We do not offer refunds or returns on digital products. Once a purchase is completed, the product is immediately accessible and can be downloaded or copied.
For this reason, we cannot accept refund requests, as there is no way to ensure the product has not been saved or duplicated.

If you do not receive your order within a few minutes after purchase, please check your spam or junk folder.
